Returns & Exchanges — Bibles and Coffee
Every order is made with care, prayer, and purpose. If something isn't right, please reach out — we'll always do our best to make it right.
Non-Custom Items
We accept returns or exchanges on non-custom items that meet all of the following:
- Item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Item was not purchased on sale
- Item is not personalized, custom, or engraved
To start a return, email support@biblesandcoffee.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for returns not caused by our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom & Personalized Bibles
Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
Before Production: If your order hasn't entered production, we can make edits or issue a full refund. Email us within 24 hours of ordering at support@biblesandcoffee.com.
Our Error: If we made a mistake on your order, we will remake your Bible at no cost to you and provide a prepaid return label.
Customer Error: If an error was made at the time of ordering, refunds are not available. Please contact us and we will work with you on the best path forward.
Send Your Own Bible — Restoration Orders
If damage occurs to your Bible while in our care, we will address it at no additional cost to you. Please photograph your Bible before sending and ship with a trackable method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@biblesandcoffee.com with your order number, a photo, and a brief description. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace or fix your item at no cost.
Digital Downloads
All digital download sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your purchase.
Failed Delivery & Return to Sender
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for any reship costs. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
