Returns & Exchanges
At Bibles & Coffee, every order is made and prayed over with care. While we always want you to love what you receive, we’re a small business — and each Bible is crafted by hand just for you. Because of that, our policies help us steward our time and materials well while still making sure you have a great experience.
💌 Easy Returns & Exchanges (Non-Custom Items)
Orders may be returned or exchanged if they meet all of the following:
- The order is new, unused, or unopened
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your item
- Item was not on sale
- Item is not personalized or custom
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.
📖 Custom & Personalized Bibles
Because each Custom or Engraved Bible is made to order, these items are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production begins.
However, we know mistakes can happen (like selecting the wrong translation or adding a typo), so here’s how we lovingly handle those situations:
❤️ Before Production Begins
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’re happy to make changes or offer a full refund. Please email support@biblesandcoffee.com within 24 hours of ordering with your order number and any edits.
✨ After Production Has Begun
If production has already started and you realize an error (such as the wrong translation or name spelling), we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:
- A discounted redo of your custom Bible at 40–60% off the original price to help make it right
- A partial store credit toward a new order
- A restocking fee (typically 25%) if the item can be partially reused
We’ll do our best to find a fair solution while covering the material costs involved.
💔 If Something Goes Wrong
If your Bible or product arrives damaged or with an error made by Bibles & Coffee, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll issue you a return label, fix or replace your item, and ship it back to you free of charge.
We take full responsibility for any mistakes on our end — accidents happen, and we’ll always make it right.
