Easy Returns & Exchanges

Orders may be returned if it meets the following:

  • The order is new, unused, or unopened
  • Returned within 15 days or receiving your item
  • Item was not on sale
  • Item is not a custom / painted product

Custom Bibles

Because each Custom Bible is made to order, painted Bibles are non-refundable in most cases. Full refunds will be given if the production of the Bible hasn’t begun. Full and partial refunds will be offered at the discretion of Bibles & Coffee in regards to an un-fixable error made by Bibles and Coffee. 

 As with any custom, handmade product, your order is subject to common human error-accidents happen 🤷🏽‍♀️ 

  • In the event that the order was incorrectly placed with a typo, wrong verse, or omission of one of your requests, we ask that you first reach out via email including your order number to add or rectify any errors within 24hrs of placing your order. 
  • In the event that your bible was damaged in transit, we will issue you a return label, fix it up and ship it back to you free of charge. 
  • In the event that any merch (cups, tshirts, journals, tote bags, etc) is damaged in transit we will issue you a return label, fix it and ship it back to you free of charge. 

Making sure you are happy with your order is always my #1 priority, so if anything is wrong or you are unhappy, please let me us know by emailing me at support@biblesandcoffee.com

Refund

Your return amount will be sent to you via the debit / credit card you purchased with after we receive your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on the merchant. Once submitted, you will receive an email from us in regards to your refund amount, and may need to contact your merchant if refund is not received within the 10 business days. Generally, all refunds show back up into your bank account within 3-5 business days.
