The online team · Part-time
Production Associate
$17/hr
Help keep our online team moving, from fulfilling orders and prepping Bibles to making handcrafted goods. This hands-on role is for someone who enjoys a mix of practical and creative work, notices the details, and takes care with every customer’s order.

Role details & requirements
What you’ll do
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care and accuracy.
- Prep Bibles and materials for production, finishing, and fulfillment.
- Make and assemble handcrafted goods, including Bibles, jewelry, and faith-based products.
- Help with cutting materials, Bible assembly, and other hands-on production tasks as needed.
- Safely use craft knives, sharp tools, and craft equipment.
- Follow detailed processes, maintain consistent quality, and check finished work.
- Organize inventory and supplies; keep the workspace clean and safe.
- Move between order fulfillment, Bible prep, and making goods as the team’s workload changes.
What we’re looking for
- Comfort with detailed, hands-on work and careful use of craft or X-Acto knives.
- Attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Enjoyment of creative, repetitive, precision-based work.
- A willingness to follow processes and learn new tools and techniques; training is provided.
- Dependability, punctuality, trustworthiness, and a positive attitude.
Coffee & community · Part-time
Barista
$15/hr + tips
Be the heartbeat of our coffee bar. Craft beautiful drinks, build relationships with guests, and create a place where people feel welcomed and valued.
Role details & requirements
What you’ll do
- Prepare specialty coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal beverages.
- Prep house-made syrups, drink components, sandwiches, and light grab-and-go food.
- Welcome guests, operate the POS, and accurately handle cash and card transactions.
- Help with retail purchases and share our products, coffee, and mission.
- Keep café and prep areas clean, organized, and inviting; follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work with teammates to create a smooth, joyful café experience.
What we’re looking for
- A heart for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort in a fast-paced café, balancing drinks, food prep, and guest interactions.
- Willingness to follow food safety procedures and prep guidelines.
- Barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Availability for mornings, weekends, or flexible hours.
- Must be at least 17 years old.
