Returns & Exchanges

Every order is made with care, prayer, and purpose.

We are a small, female-led business rooted in faith — and we treat every customer like family. If something isn't right, we want to know. We'll always do our best to make it right, while honoring the handcrafted nature of what we make.

Standard Returns

Returns & Exchanges — Non-Custom Items

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on non-custom items that meet all of the following:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • The item was not purchased on sale
  • The item is not personalized, custom, or engraved

To start a return, email us at support@biblesandcoffee.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll walk you through the next steps.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for returns not caused by our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

📌 Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom Orders

Custom & Personalized Bibles

Each custom or engraved Bible is made to order — just for you. Because of this, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.

That said, we know life happens. Here's how we handle it with grace:

Before Production Begins

If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can make edits or issue a full refund. Email us at support@biblesandcoffee.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number and the changes needed.

After Production Has Begun — Our Error

If we made a mistake on your order, we take full responsibility. We will send you a prepaid return label and remake your Bible at no cost to you — and we'll get started right away.

After Production Has Begun — Customer Error

If an error was made at the time of ordering (such as a misspelling, wrong translation, or incorrect personalization), please reach out and we will work with you on the best path forward. Your order confirmation email — sent immediately after purchase — contains all the details you entered, and we use that as our guide.

Please note: refunds are not available for customer errors on personalized items. We will always do our best to find a fair and gracious solution.

Send Your Own Bible

Restoration Orders

When you entrust us with your personal Bible, we treat it as sacred. We handle every restoration order with the utmost care.

In the rare event that damage occurs to your Bible while in our care, we will address it at no additional cost to you. We take full responsibility for anything that happens on our end — your Bible matters, and so does your trust.

📌 Please photograph your Bible before sending it to us, and ship it with a trackable method for your peace of mind.
We've Got You

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or we made an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email support@biblesandcoffee.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and/or packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll send you a prepaid return label if needed, fix or replace your item, and get it back to you — on us, always.

Digital Products

Digital Downloads

Due to the instant nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be issued once a digital file has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please reach out — we'll make sure you get what you paid for.

Shipping

Failed Delivery & Return to Sender

We ship every order to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for any costs associated with reshipping.

If this happens to your order, we'll reach out as soon as the package arrives back with us. We'll work with you to get it to the right place as quickly and smoothly as possible.

📌 Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order is placed, we begin processing quickly and may not be able to make address changes in time.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
