Hi, I'm Jackie
A story only God could write.
Born and raised in Southern California, chasing Jesus boldly, and somehow ending up exactly where God intended â in Tennessee, running a small shop that started with hand lettering and grew into something I never could have planned.
Bibles and Coffee began in April 2016 and I had no idea what I was starting. I just wanted to learn calligraphy and paint a few Bibles, but God had a different idea â He turned that small creative spark into a ministry, a business, and a community of women who love His Word and aren't afraid to show it.

How We Got Here
A leap of faith â literally.
In the early days, I was working a full-time job and painting Bibles late into the night. It wasn't glamorous. It was paint-stained and exhausting and completely grace-fueled. But step by step, God made a way.
Then came the big leap. My husband Mike left his career at Disney+, we packed up our life in Los Angeles, and moved our family to Murfreesboro, Tennessee to chase this calling together. That took more faith than I had on my own â but it was worth every uncertain mile.
Today, we run Bibles and Coffee side by side, raising our three kids (two energetic boys and our sweet baby girl) in a home where faith, creativity, and way too much coffee are always present.

Over the last ten years, we've had the honor of sending out more than 15,000 Bibles all over the world. From hand-painted and engraved to canvas and wedding Bibles, every single one has been prayed over before it leaves our hands.
And the truth is, these aren't just orders to us. Each one belongs to someone's daughter, son, bride, mother, or friend. That matters deeply to us, and we never take that responsibility lightly.
We also believe this: when your Bible looks like you, you're more likely to open it. That's the heart behind everything we create.

This spring, we're opening our doors at 214 W. Main Street in the heart of historic downtown Murfreesboro, TN. A boutique coffee shop and Christian goods store where the same spirit that built this brand comes to life in person.
